You will execute tests in various laboratory departments on different devices using a complete knowledge of standard references, testing methodologies and requested requirements. Evaluate and document test results for use as supporting knowledge in the development of new products.

- Define test plans to investigate and solve critical product issues and verify the compliance of a product according to a specific standard. Define the details, test sequences, testing methods and procedures, and equipment and instrumentation to be used, with reference to the applicable standards. Perform tests on all types of products in different product lines.
- Ensure the planning and the implementation of test plans assigning the right priority and overseeing the resources allocated.
- Train new team members on test operations and processes. Share testing experiences of tests and different test laboratories.
- Analyze and evaluate test results and prepares test reports in partnership with designers, engineers and project managers.
- Prepare, review, manage, and update the required technical/support documents.
- Propose improvements in existing test techniques based on experience and knowledge of new trends and equipment.
- Assist and support external certification inspectors during testing activities for ABB products and external customer products.
- Ensure that prototypes are correctly assembled, tests are correctly performed and that activities are thoroughly reported for internal and external use.

- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical related.
- Knowledge of power system and power product is requested.
- Familiar with power product standards and test procedure.
- Experience of power products testing, able to operate some test facilities.
- Be familiar with national and international famous test laboratories for power product.
- Fluent and high-quality English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good communication skills and team work spirit.
- Multi-national company working experience is a plus.
