- 1. 销售战略制定
- 制定与执行区域数字化销售战略,确保销售行为的有效性及目标的达成。
- 2. 订单
- 根据自己所负责业务部门需求,带领团队在市场上从事产品/系统/服务销售,实现业务目标。
- 3. 客户关系
- 带领团队建立并维护有效的客户关系,理解客户需求,向客户积极推广全产品线/系统/服务销售的解决方案,尤其是数字化解决方案,并确保客户的良好体验。
- 4. 新的市场机遇
- 识别并推动新的市场机遇,带领团队识别数字化销售机会并向客户推广数字化解决方案。
- 5. 人员发展
- 执行公司人才战略,有效地发展区域团队人员,支持并辅导团队人员的学习与成长,建立敏捷高效的组织。


- 1. 本科或硕士学历,理工类专业(电气自动化、自动化工程等专业优先);
- 2. 具备五年以上相关的行业或岗位工作经验、有较强的销售能力,具备数字化(自动化)项目经验及相关知识;
- 3. 对销售工作充满热情,有团队管理经验;
- 4. 具有较强的学习能力; 以客户为导向;有较强的责任感并注重个人诚信;
- 5. 结果导向;具备很好的人际互动和沟通能力以及团队协作能力

For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be part of the Electrification Business and EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

You will drive the sales performance in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Sales GM, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Lead the team to build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution.


- Plan and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, especially for digital solutions. Achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.
- Establish sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
- Lead the team to establish and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution, especially for digital solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.
- Lead the team to identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within policies. Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in Science or Engineering (Electrical Automation major is preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in related industries.
- Experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowledge.
- Experience of Team Management.
- Strong learning ability, customer orientation, strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good at team work.
