As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Guangzhou. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL)/ Electrification Business in Guangzhou /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution.
- Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in Science or Electrical/Automation Engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years of Sales experience in related industries.
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- Strong learning ability, customer orientation, strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good at team work.
