As a Senior IS Compliance Consultant, you will be part of the Country CFO Business and Country Staff Information Systems Business Line (BL) based in Beijing and Xiamen.

You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting in Beijing and Xiamen. Reporting to the IS Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for applying broad IS technology knowledge and expertise to support global business needs and help solve challenging topics.

- Act as IS compliance consultant to manage IS processes/controls and ensure them meet IS compliance requirements.
- Monitor and improve IS processes/controls (mainly for ITGC) to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and rationalization.
- Perform/cooperate on ITGC management walkthrough and testing.
- Coordinate/cooperate on internal & external audit works.
- Ensure the responsible control requirements are adequately fulfilled by Country IS function teams.
- Built, review and update IS risk & compliance process documents.
- Evaluate the training needs of IS compliance and deliver the training needed.
- Perform/participate in other IS compliance relevant assessment, projects and activities.
- Other issue assigned by line manager.
- Active communication with the team and IS function teams on IS risk & compliance.

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related majors.
- 3 years or more of experience in IT/IS.
- Familiar with knowledge of ITGC/ITIL/COBIT and good understanding for IS risk & compliance.
- Certified in CISA/CIA is preferred.
- Good communication and customer focus.
- Able to travel when necessary.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
