？ When user in each entity need new Facility management service, users send demand to SCM.

？ Summarize users' demand and send them to venders.

？ After getting venders' bidding, make a consolidation and send it to supervisor for confirmation.

Project Support

？ Data collection according to project requirement;

？ Consolidate different info from disparate venders;

？ Send emails to enquire venders for unclear info;

？ Send bidding documents to venders

Contract Management

？ Find related principals to sign the TOA and explain the content to them;

？ Stamp the contract

Calculate Saving

？ Calculate saving after every purchase request approved & make summary at the end of month

？ Other assignments distributed by other leaders;
