For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Marketing and Sales (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products

You will lead the local team to set up/implement the market strategy of i-bus to catch up the fast change demand in Building Automation business.

? Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
? Tracing the market trends, define the customer needs in segments, and work out the business plan to support the growth.
? Optimize i-bus portfolio to provide the competitive solution, submit the new product request for evaluation.
? Integrate different BA product lines in to the completed BA/HA solution.
? Work with LBU/GPG to support local sales in terms of the offering, project support.
? Regular review sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly.
? Connect with global to introduce the latest product/solution to China market.
? Engage in the distributor and other partner development.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
? More than 3 years of working experience of product management / marketing in Building Automation business.
? Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
