As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Marketing and Sales (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products

You will be the first and consistent point of contact for customers and business and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will help solve diverse customer inquiries in support of the wider team. Responsible for ensuring that the customer receive an adequate level of service / help with their orders.

- Monitor team work results in daily.
- Coach team member for any questions or problems.
- Deal with any complain or enquiry from customers or sales/marketing team for responsible area.
- New staff training.
- Team workload arrangement & performance measurement.
- Assist manager for any new business and project execution.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- More than 5 years of experience in customer service / order fulfillment team leader working experience, Experience with Engineering project orders and overseas’ orders are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software and ERP order processing system, Experience with SAP SD, MM, PP module is preferred.
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Strong learning ability, responsibility, proactive and initiative is required.
- Excellent communication skill and to challenge internal or external parties.
- Able to work independently, deal with problems from team members and be able to assist manager to achieve team aim.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
