Key Activities:

IT Physical Support

• Support Shanghai commercial office helpdesk, such as (but not limited to) set up and start-up of new computers, printers and standard software.
• Development and administration of telephone system.
• Drive local tests in new system deployment.
• Manage troubleshooting analyzing problems and following-up with central IT functions.

                    

IT System Support

• Understand local business processes and central IT systems in order to train and support users
• Development of IT system and Network.
• Development and ensuring of IT security (know how protection, external/internal threats, data back up, etc)
• Development (set up, maintenance) of Mail server

                    

Fixed Asset Management

• Fix Asset management for computer, printer, server and other IS related equipment.
• Administration of IT inventory.

            

 Others

• Management of external service providers in the field of software and hardware.
• Communicate with IT Dept. in other AP regions and Headquarter of Milan.

    

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines

    

Key Skills

Essential

• Overall knowledge and hands-on experience in LAN/WAN networking.
• Knowledge of virtualized environment (vmware). NAS
• Initiative and drive, good communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

                    

Desirable

Basic knowledge of networking. Cisco environment: CCNA, configure access level switches.

    

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in IT support.
• Good experience of Windows client-server architecture. Windows server 2008-2012. Microsoft architecture, software installation, support and troubleshooting, active directory, server roles DMC, DFS, SCCM, SRV
• Personal: openness and enthusiasm for new projects. Availability to travel abroad for training and projects
