As a New Retail Sales Operation Assistant, you will be part of the Electrification Business and EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

You will provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business, and secretarial assistance to the team. You will provide sales operation and administrative support to New Retail team.

? Sales operation support, including business reporting, distributor authorization process management, salesforce data maintenance.
? Administrative support, including independently managing calendars and schedules, travel & expenses, sales & engagement support, new hire onboarding.

? Exceptional MS Office skills.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time.
