As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Distribution Solutions (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

You will support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate.

? Offer technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/applications.
? Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
? Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
? Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
? Offer product/solution/service related training.
? Prepare and check technical articles for publication.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A Bachelor’s degree or above.
? More than 5 years of working experience in Technical Support.
? Fluent in English.
? Business oriented mindset to support business development.
? Ability to understand customer needs and identify market trends.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
