- ? Define a new solution oriented market approach with focus on the whole BUs portfolio plus any other relevant product offering within the Electrification Division. In coordination with the BU market segment function, define the core market applications for the focus market segments.
- ? Define and execute a dedicated marketing plan for core applications, create dedicated learning path and supportive material, collaborate with BU marcom to reflect externally the new approach. Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate application knowledge information and training. Facilitate know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- ? Cooperation with BU application/solution and segment team, and PMMs to create value proposition knowledge by applications. Promote to sales team to improve efficiency.

Working within the Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL)/ Electrification Business, you will implement all marketing strategies, in support of the sales team in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Xiamen /China country/NAS region. Implement product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with BU EPPC product strategy. Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products.
