- ? Define a new solution oriented market approach with focus on the whole BUs portfolio plus any other relevant product offering within the Electrification Division. In coordination with the BU market segment function, define the core market applications for the focus market segments.
- ? Define and execute a dedicated marketing plan for core applications, create dedicated learning path and supportive material, collaborate with BU marcom to reflect externally the new approach. Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate application knowledge information and training. Facilitate know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- ? Cooperation with BU application/solution and segment team, and PMMs to create value proposition knowledge by applications. Promote to sales team to improve efficiency.
