职位说明：
GENERIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential for new employees)
In general the candidate should have the below competencies in order to proceed further in the recruitment process
1. General knowledge of organizational setup
2. General knowledge construction (material, Construction Technology etc.)
3. Producing documents, reports, presentations etc.
4. Administrative abilities (PC excellence)
5.Collect data and make analyst (End product evaluation, End product classification)
6.Implement the evaluation of Designers, Maintenance, QA, Supplier & BDS)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND CRITICAL TASKS
Specific tasks that the candidate should be able to manage after a introduction period of up to 3 months
1. Check, record and follow up shop opening list which receives from designer team leader(DAILY)
2. Record the shop checking list from retail manager or QC team(DAILY)
3. Distribute and follow up the End Product record to internal colleagues: QA & Designers (DAILY)
4. Input maintenance feedback into shop handover files from designers, QA or Maintenance team. (DAILY)
5. Make the second payment notification based on the End Product Results (DAILY)
6. End Product Report( WEEKLY)
7. Designer & QA ; BDS & QA evaluation and management (DAILY)
8. Brand End Product Analyst (QUARTERLY)
9. Collect End Product KPI board (MONTHLY)
10. Work with different team for supporting the End Product Implementation and improvement.
