BESTSELLER Fashion Group in China is looking for a Senior Designer for ONLY China, Beijing office to take part in the development of ONLY collections for the fast moving and very trend-demanding Chinese market. ONLY has 1200 concept stores in China.

Work location: Beijing, China.

Main job responsibilities:
- In charge of specific categories of ONLY's successful collection for the Chinese market
- Responsible for developing sales samples for ONLY's very trend-driven target group
- Pinpoint and visualize up-coming trends to ONLY China team members and retail organization each season
- Coach ONLY China team members and retail organization in up-coming trends
- Implement Flash collections, ensure latest hype first in store
- Constantly source latest fabric/ trims/ labels/ ideas, and directions
- Close daily cooperation with ONLY's design manager in Beijing
- Cooperate with 25+ local and international designers as well as 30+ buyers, and technicians in Beijing
- Inspirational and supplier trips in Asia

Main qualifications:
- Qualified designer, minimum a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience within women's fast moving/trend-driven fashion
- Strong knowledge of various product groups – particularly solid experience in wovens and preferably leather and wool
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Familiar with Illustrator, PhotoShop, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Dedicated to a high level of design, trend-driven and with a high standard of quality and workmanship
- Innovative, positive, dynamic, organized and commercially-minded
- Strong sense of fast moving trends and tendencies targeted women aged 20-30
- An interest in Chinese culture and society is a plus
- Willingness to live in China
