Position Overview

This is a position for testing focusing on Valve Train business in VG China. The technician should run measurement jobs for VT in Tech Center lab with test record under the guide from material manager/engineer, maintain and calibrate the measurement equipment at a good condition for measurement at any time. The technician also supports on other measurement jobs for another VG business.  Any other jobs assignment by material lab manager.             

Job Description

A.  Conduct VT product measurement with equipment and instrument with testing data. Report and store the test results; 

B.  Maintain equipment in good condition and management of measurement tools, calibration. 

C.  Good knowledge on measurement theory. 

D.  Good knowledge on drawing 

E.  Excellent operation for measurement equipment, as CMM/Roughness/project and other equipment in measurement lab. 

F.  Provide support for related tests in tech center and keep tech center in good 5S. 

G.  Good at office software with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.               

Basic Qualification

A.     5 year working experience in measurement lab

    

B.     Junior college or above

    

C.     Lab work experience related with auto industry

    

D.     Good command of measurement tools,

    

E.     Familiar with office software;
