·Budget Generating
- Generate buying budget according to sales target and historical data analysis
- Always make sure budget is generated on the right category mix
- Provide to design team and product team before collection starts
- Provide to retail and franchise team before selling meeting
·Inventory Management
- Monitor product deliveries
- Review inventory situation on a weekly basis
- Find solution for excessive inventory with product management team, retail team and franchise team; give recommendation for promotions to product team and retail team
- Re-allocate and consolidate inventory between cities and stores if necessary
- Keep the whole J&J team informed on inventory situation
·Repeats
- Propose repeats according to sales analysis
- Coordinate with retail for all repeats, including quantity collection, quantity review, delivery follow up, etc.
·Annual Discount
- Styles selection for annual discount.
- Review stock situation and add more styles to discount every week
·Size Analysis
- Analysis on sizes before and after order meeting; always make sure we are having right sizes for each category / fitting
·Communication
- Responsible for communication with retail and franchise team
- Provide feedback to product team
·Trouble Shooting
- Trouble shooting on any inventory related issue
·Other
- Projects set by product management team
- Ad hoc report generation for decision making in product management team

Requirement:
·At least 3 years working experience in similar position and industry
·Very good at English communication, both oral and written
·Expert in office software, especially the use of excel
·Self-motivated. Can work in a multi-culture environment
·Result oriented. Can work under pressure
·Detail oriented. Logical thinking
