Job Description• Champions a zero-incident safety culture through MESH, safety best practices, and empowering all employees to take responsibility for their own safety.
• Establishing and implementation challenging goals for safety, quality, efficiency, cost ,5S.
• Identify and manage talents establishing development plans and provide coaching.
• Monitor and improve product quality ,efficiency, cost in manufacturing process;
• Expense forecast and execute monthly section budget.
• Headcount review and provide human demand based on monthly capacity forecast.
• Use lean tools to improve productivity ,finding the biggest waste and define corrective action plan based on efficiency, OEE data.
• Perform employee’s performance evaluation monthly
• To team building ,actively participate in team activities.
• Lead product safety, quality, efficiency project improvement, and keep updated and execute standard work.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)• Experience of Lean Manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement techniques
• Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process of Electronic industry (e.g. AI, SMT, MI process)
• More than 5 years PD management experience
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Bachelor Degree
