As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Marketing and Sales (BL) Business Line, based in Beijing, Shanghai and Shanghai. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
- Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
- Leading sales team for special Super strut project chasing nationally.
- Optimize anti-seismic portfolio, clear positioning in each segment.
- Define the growth opportunity to achieve Anti-seismic sales target.
- Tracing the market trends and submit new product request.
- Work with LBU/GPG to support local sales in terms of the offering, project support.
- Regular review sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly.
- Initiate the promotion activity.
- Engage in the distributor and other partner development.
- Inventory management.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is required.
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing/sales in anti-seismic or relevant business.
- Experience in installation product market is plus.
- Good English presentation skill, as well as selling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales strategy.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
