As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

You will Implement the Operation Excellence requirement from BU/Company, drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs

? Local customers support: price control, customer master data maintenance, etc.
? Rebate calculation, analysis and forecast.
? Analyze business metrics and logic to submit suggestions for continuous improvements.
? Based on special price analysis, investigate and provide cases to channel manager to follow up.
? Audit samples support
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A Bachelor’s degree.
? More than 3 years of experience in statistics, data, or analytical position.
? Familiar in MS-office (Excel) and SAP is priority.
? Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
? A Good team player, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
