As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be the first and consistent point of contact for customers and business partners of the Metals Product Group/ Process Industries Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will help solve diverse customer inquiries in support of the wider sales or other business team.

？ Apply Credit for new customer, Pre-cal submit/revision in I Process-ABB internal system.
？ Handling project/SO checking, login on SAP system, order changes communication.
？ Coordinate with ABB nominated freight forwarders, contact with main vendors for delivery arrangement, delivery tracks and provides delivery scheduling for orders delivery requests and making Customs clearance/declaration, by coordinating with Project manager for urgent delivery requests.
？ Enquire for project -related freight estimation, confirmation on forwarders’ invoice, Issue. billing, AR Tracking, update on SAS, invoices handling and recording.
？ LC related issue, checking & documents required on collection.
？ Handling project/PO create, GR issue arrange payment to vendor.
？ FX hedging handling.
？ CIT&3p invoice settle and clear confirmation.
？ ED report (PO) update in Sap.
？ Stamp Duty report & Nontrade tax levy handling.
？ GR & Cash out Forecast (project & product).

？ International Trade or equivalent background.
？ 5+ years of experience in specialized commercial handling or export/import experience.
？ Expertise in international commercial terms and risks.
？ Good Communication, analytical and feedback skills.
？ Fluent in oral and written English.
