Primary Function:

Conduct overall office administration services and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and internal communications.

Job Decription:

1. Assist sales managers to gather market data, collect sales information and prepare sales reports 协助销售经理收集市场数据，收集销售信息，准备销售报告
2. Process sales orders with CSS, Purchasing, and Planning Departments in plants 与工厂CSS、采购和计划部门协作处理销售订单
3. Communicate with customers about sales order and product delivery information 与客户沟通销售订单和产品交付信息
4. Solicit customer feedback on services 征求客户对服务的反馈意见
5. Answer customer inquiries in absence of sales engineers 在没有销售工程师的情况下回答客户的询问
6. Conduct office administration, including office tax filing, vehicle rental, stationery procurement, meal order, bottle water supply, customer reception, office cleaning, and payment process 负责办公室行政工作，包括办公室税务申报、车辆租赁、文具采购、餐点、饮用水供应、客户接待、办公室清洁和付款程序
7. Collect employee attendance record and convey HR policies to local sales engineers 收集员工考勤记录并向当地销售工程师传达人力资源政策
8. Coordinate office team building activities 协调办公室团队建设活动
9. Other work as business needs 完成业务需要的其他工作

Knowledge: 

1. Good PC skills and English skills with reading and written
2. High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior
3. College degree and above with background in Science and Engineering related major
4. More than 4 years working experience
