As a Sales Support Specialist-PM (AP), you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing sales proposals in Measurement Products Sales PG/ Measurement & Analytics LBU/ Industrial Automation division, Beijing state/China country/NAS region. You will support the sales teams to monitor sales order delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate and smooth the cross-function activities and communication in sales order execution to enhance the sales teams’ efficiency and productivity as a whole.

？ Hot project list updating in coordination with sales managers.
？ Regularly update the running project status report to sales managers.
？ Work with internal teams on order tracking to meet customer delivery requirements, including production planning, shipment schedule.
？ Work with internal teams on transportation coordination to meet customer delivery requirements, including transportation tracking, customer receiving coordination.
？ Work with internal teams on the third party purchasing order tracking.
？ Support the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy.
？ Business documentation and business process support.

？ College Degree or above is required.
？ Good understanding about commercial knowledge and processes.
