As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Human Resources (BU) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

As a core member of the Human Resource in the Robotics and Motion Division Human Resources Function, you will be responsible for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business. you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise (CoE) and Global Business Services (GBS).

？ Provide line managers with consultancy and advice on HR issues.
？ Act as strong HR Partner to implement HR process and strategy into practice.
？ Understand business structure and helps line management to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
？ Translate the company business strategy into HR practice;
？ Identify, develop, motivate, retain key position holders and key talents with support of business managers.
？ Provide support for employee relation issues in the responsible business unit.

？ A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related qualification.
？ More than 5 years of experience in Human Resource, working as HRBP in factory is preferred.
？ Solid knowledge in HR functional competency across various HR functions.
？ Fluent in verbal and written English.
？ Good communication skills, problem solving skills, good interpersonal skill is must.
？ Able to develop creative ideas into something practical and workable.
？ Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
？ A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
