Your main tasks will be: sell products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for the Product Group; prepare complete offers; ensuring appropriate technical, commercial and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions; establish and maintain effective customer relationships (from commercial to administrative functions) to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product value; ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale; prepare sales plans using company tool; perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan in cases of potential order shortfalls; ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals through effective product/solution presentations and negotiations; communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions); ensure efficient marketing communication to ABB Local Sales Units and end customers (both current and prospects) and communicate the value proposition of the offer; contribute to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory supporting other sales professionals; manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed;


You need to have an Engineering Master Degree (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields). Sales proactive mind set, good knowledge of English as well as availability to travel around assigned area are required. Second language is a plus. You will be located in Shang Hai. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions are required, preferably in international Corporations
