For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. As a Channel Manager, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Marketing and Sales Business Unit (BU) based in Guangzhou & Foshan. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

you will be responsible for digital network building up; and key products selling.


1. Develop and implement the distributor sales strategy and ensure regular follow-up for EPMS China in accordance with the EPMS strategy, budget and efficiency targets.
2. Create plans to assist the sales team to drive profitable market penetration and sales growth.
3. In coordination with the sales management team in distribution identification, evaluation, authorization.
4. Lead the communication, promotion and training activities in the distributors.
5. Support driving strategic partnerships, developing relationships with partners and customers.
6. Monitor distributor performance and evaluate its potential via market research, market intelligence, and competitor data to support above-listed tasks, and develop necessary tools.
7. Manage the stock order in distributors to achieve the NPV target.
8. Provide kinds of report related to distributor management (pipelines, estimation, etc.).
9. Support implementation of marketing activities.
10. Support sales collaboration in different organization level.

? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Electrification is required.
? Minimum of 5 years of related Experiences are preferred.
? Fluent in written and oral communication skills must.
? Prior technical training or presentation experience.
? Very good knowledge and understanding of EPMS product.
? PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
? Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
? Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
