职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，理工科背景优先。
2.3年以上房地产市场工作经验，有大型房地产公司、经纪公司市场信息搜集及监控经验，对政策搜集分析具备相当能力。
3.良好的市场敏感度，较强的文案撰写分析能力
4.20%--30%出差
