主要职责：

1. 配合前期了解项目当地相关地质情况及设计要求；

2. 负责对前期各种结构方案的对比优选工作。对其建筑结构及构筑物设计的实用性、符合功能性，结构安全性、施工可行性以及经济合理性负责；

3. 编制各阶段的设计任务书；

4. 负责对设计单位的设计过程进行跟进配合、控制设计成果，并对本专业方案阶段、初步设计、施工图设计图纸进行审查，提出审查意见；

5. 负责对本专业的工作进行全程监控并协调，以及对设计阶段的结构成本进行有效控制；

6. 负责解决结构专业的设计、施工过程中的重大技术问题；跟进审核结构设计变更及土建现场施工变更，并有效地控制土建变更；

7. 配合各阶段的工程招投标；

8. 负责编写设计管理部标准化文件的结构专业部分及公司开发项目设计阶段成本规划目标；

9. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历；中级以上专业职称；工业与民用建筑专业及其相关专业
2. 八年以上建筑及相关专业设计管理经验；五年以上大型甲级设计院工作经历，三年以上大型房地产企业类似工作经历
3. 熟悉各类工程建筑体的内外结构设计知识，精通结构施工图设计；善于进行建筑结构分析，优化及灵活处理设计及现场施工问题的专业能力；具有注册结构工程师资格者优先
4. 诚实稳重、细致，原则性强，责任心强，条理性好，具有较强的团队协作、沟通协调意识和能力
