POSITION Trader – Walnut 核桃销售
LOCATION 地区:不限地区
The person should be able to gain industry insights, build deep customer relationships & manage operational excellence at buying and selling walnuts with minimum supervision.
Would be responsible for achieving procurement sales targets & ensuring sustainable business performance in China.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Broad responsibilities are enumerated below -
Strategic & business development
Initiate walnut business for the company in China
Identify business opportunities
Develop customer base and increase the same
Plan annual objectives along with product team (including medium term objectives)
Sales & business management
Achieve annual procurement and sales targets by regular interaction with customers.
Manage customer interactions in a professional manner and ensure strong customer relationships
Manage all customer information requirement and provide the same to the customer on a timely basis
Develop key insights into the market and provide market views and reports on a regular basis.
Monitor competitive activity in the market and update the company on competitor information
Try and develop multiple product trading ability to increase sales volumes into China.
Process & system orientation
Adherence to systems for operational reliability.
Regular review & reporting (within China & overseas)
Industry networking
Maintain good rapport with key industry stakeholders
Build customer stickiness & key client service.
MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES
? Effective communication skills (Bilingual- Mandarin & English)
? Good sales acumen and relationship management skills
? Strong administrative ability

? System-orientation
QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
? Minimum University / graduation with at least 5+years of work experience of Sales/Trading in Agricultural Product Industry. (of which at least 3 years should be handling managerial responsibilities)
Edible Nut (Almonds/Walnuts/Pistachios) Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
? Have a proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts (end users, industrial clients, institutions & traders)
? Have the necessary planning and organizational skills to achieve targets, review business, manage operational systems & process within defined policies.
