We are looking for an engineering technology manager interested in launching a new family of polymers using unique monomers already developed by the company.


Responsibility


1. Manage polymer technology development for new nylons based on unique diamine and diacids.

2. Direct and develop nylon process technology including equipment design and selection.

3. Develop testing laboratory and application formulation to meet customer needs

4. Build polymer technology team to launch new nylons

5. Direct nylon formulation activities for the monofilament, injection molding, film and fiber area.

6. Direct the development of a 10,000 MT per year demonstration facility


Background

1. Advanced degree in polymer technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials technology or related fields.

2. 10+ years of experience in nylon polymer chemistry.

3. Ability to work with all levels of production, development and sales.


Location: Shanghai China research and Shandong China demonstration facility.. Expect eventual commercial facility outside China with likely location in USA.
