You will be based on Shanghai Location.

？ Act as a change agent in the implementation of demand flow technology utilizing state of the art tools and methodologies.
？ Nurture a Lean culture, establish and implement team strategies, programs, and practices to achieve world class manufacturing operation.
？ Create lean vision and implement lean strategy to increase labor productivity and inventory turns, reduce manufacturing lead-time and reduce wastes.
？ Lead multiple Kaizen teams and drive best practices in 3P design and implementation.
？ Own and drive Variable Cost Productivity reduction targets.
？ Design measurable metrics/KPI’s in lead time, labor and materials productivity, work across departments to drive improvements.
？ Lead Action Workouts; Develop pull/flow systems, train personnel and other activities to achieve a world-class lean process flow
？ Develop value stream maps for the product lines and eliminate process waste through the implementation of lean techniques across the product lines
？ Promote Lean Six Sigma integration utilizing strength of both methods to achieve business goals
？ Lead manufacturing and service center team in establishing product flow for plant value streams utilizing visual management tools
？ Encourage use of Lean tools to pull material from suppliers, through component plants, and into assembly
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 8+ years of working Experience.
？ 3+ years of Managerial Experience in Lean Six Sigma, in a MTO and MTS manufacturing facility utilizing ERP, MES, 3P machines.
？ Passion and ability to motivate teams and lead changes at all levels of the organization.
？ Six Sigma black belt is preferred
？ Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, Action Workouts, Kaizen, Gemba walk, Production Preparation Process, 5s, and other lean tools is preferred
？ Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
