As a EPPC China Digital Regional Operation Manager, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Protection and Connection Business Unit (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
As a EPPC China Digital Regional Operation Manager, you will be responsible for support major incident and critical situation resolution incl. stakeholder communication (business, delivery, service desk). Support digital asset deployed in the region, like EDCS or moreover other digital solution. Provide problem management to ensure ticket volume is managed and re-occurring defect are eliminated. Must be consulted and provides input and supports resolution for any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on the relevant digital service.
Your Task as a EPPC China Digital Regional Operation Manager will include the following:
1.Solution: Proactively collaborate with the Business Relationship Management, internal and 3rd Party Supplier. Is accountable for delivery digital business to ABB EPPC, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality.
2. Delivery: Is accountable for delivery of Digital Solution/service/support within ABB EPPC supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule. Ensures effective interfaces between local/global team and ensures demands adherence in line to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) that agreed time, budget and quality specifications are met.
3. Processes: Closely collaborate with Business or Function Process Owner to map business process demand to existing or new solution. Ensure the installation / management / maintenance / optimization of internal and cross-functional pro-cesses related to Service delivery or Service demand.
4. Standards: Is accountable for development and maintenance of appropriate digital competence, ensuring alignment to given goals, and compliance with any relevant IT Standards and any other applicable ABB Group Directives and ABB Group Guidelines. Develops, implements, maintains and executes IS internal standards as the case may be.
5. Budget: Manage assigned budget effectively and deliver activity within agreed schedule and cost.
6. Stakeholder Management: Increase satisfaction with service by assessing expectation, making sure action are taken to close any gap, and influencing stakeholder perception of service. Manage relationship with senior stakeholder to update status, resolve issues, and manage expectation.
7. Incident, Change or Project: Consult and provide input for any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact. Inform/consult relevant colleague on any change or project activity which may have a major impact on the other area of responsibility.
8. Governance: Execute, for assigned task, all action in Digital Organization process ac-cording to agreed RACIS and LEC specification.
9. IS Strategy: Directly contribute to the development of the ABB Ability Strategy and Architecture.
10. People leadership and Development: Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinate within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.
? Strong technical knowledge on Azure Platform and MS Certification on Azure 70-532 and above is highly appreciated.
? Functional knowledge on EPPC field devices and communication networks to provide entry level support.
? Subject and functional expertise on digital solutions (i.e. EDCS) to explain features and troubleshoot.
? Engage customer to support Sales force and MDM in the promotion of the digital portfolio.
? Fast learner, good motivation, solution mindset.
? Good English Knowledge and C1 is the minimum level.
