Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with HR Partners and line managers to understand the business requirements on recruitment

- Develop proactive & creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create pipelines for critical openings

- Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process

- Advice appropriate interview skill and process to HR partner and business hiring manager

- Analysis talent market intelligence

- Ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs, and in accordance with company policies and standards

- Proactively participate in TAC project if necessary

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related.

- >5 years of HR function experiences, incl.> 3 years of solid recruiting experience in multinational companies

- Excellent inter-personal communication and influencing skills, strong ownership and customer focus, team player

- Proactive thinking and can take pressure in hiring peak time

- Fluent written and oral in English and Mandarin

- Potential for further development as Talent Partner
