As a Sales Specialist-Digital Solution, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Marketing and Sales Business Unit (BU) based in Tianjin and Shijiazhuang. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
As a Sales Specialist-Digital Solution, you will be responsible for sales of promotion of digital electrical product /solution, including ABB Ability TM EDCS, Emax 2 All in One and Ekip UP. You also need to follow closely the trend / requirement in digitalization of electric distribution so as to create value proposition for end user, consultant and channel partner.
Your Task as a Sales Specialist-Digital Solution will include the following:
1. Responsible for regional budget at North China (Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi) and also accountable for regional sales budget of EDCS + Ekip Up + Emax 2 All in One.
2. Understand / follow the trend and requirement in digital electric distribution solution and able to create value proposition and referent cases (at least 3 new for EDCS, 2 new for Ekip UP and 1 new for Emax 2 All in One) for his/her sales peer in the region.
3. Actively visit customer (end user, consultant etc) and join region / segment seminar to promote the digital solution, create business lead and collect customer feedback.
4. Create and monitor business opportunity of digital solution together with sales team in SFDC. Regular review / push the process to meet business target.
5. Work with regional alliance panel builder to set up demo installation of EDCS or Emax 2 Micro Grid as a way to promote to end user. Provide technical training, advice and on-site commissioning to customer.
6. Sensitive to competitor update, especially for what is related to digital solution and timely feedback to PMM team.
7. Provide regular office training to another sales team. Technical back up for other technical sales in the region on above product / solution.
? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electric Engineering and qualification or experience in Telecommunication / Automation systems.
? 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Demonstrated success in building customer relationship and acquiring business opportunity.
? Personal leadership and excellent team player with good analytical and data management skills.
? Proven ability to influence customer & cross-functional teams without formal authority.
? Passionate about following the latest information e.g. technology trend, market & competitor update.
? Fluent in written and oral English.
