As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible to provide general administrative services and/or secretarial assistance for sales team.
Your Tasks as a Sales Admin will include the following:
? Administrative support: Performs general administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific company/ department processes/ programs. Provides administrative support for local sales team.
? Processes: Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
? Documentation: Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proof-reading, and editing reports, presentations, etc.
? Communication: Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
? Systems: Maintains records/ databases/ sales tools/ company systems/ archives. Keep necessary files in electronic and/or hard copy format.
? Ideally you should have Bachelor’s degree or above.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills required
? Good organizational skills, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
? Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team.
? Independent in handling various tasks, and also a good team-player.
? Good at computer skills, good command of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL/ PPT.
