As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Electrification Products (EP) Division and Marketing & Sales (BU) Business unit, based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to cooperate with persons of channels/marketing/products to formulate an innovative, executable and coherent channel strategy and incentive plan to achieve short term and long term target and budget both in financial and non-financial terms. Lead regional sales team to achieve the sales budget and long term customer development.

Your Tasks as a Sales Manager will include the following:

? Cross Function Coordination:
Coordinate with channels on channel strategy and sales strategy of more than 10,000 products within 100 material groups. Coordinate with marketing functions, and ensure the products strategies/marketing promotion/service/trainings tailored for sales team execute in sales activities. Coordinate with LP plants in ABB China, with the aim to increase sales volume of domestic products. Coordinate at customer lever with SPS.

? Coping & Implementation on Market/product/Channel Strategies:
1. Based on Marketing/products/channel strategies, align area sales market framework for profitable growth, building customer relationship and increasing market share.
2. Capture business opportunity based on regular and timely market research and intelligence feedback. Work closely with the product team, plan, and control and manage the branding activities for LP China & ensure good cooperation from regional sales with them, so as to promote, preserve and sustain LP brand and its products among customers, prospects and other stakeholders.
3. Balance channel strategy and incentive plan to safeguard LP China business short term and long term interest Optimize market coverage by geography, channels and product lines. Develops new customers and market segments and ensures profitable increase of local volume.

? Sales Management: Drive regional sales to achieve or go beyond revenue EBIT and gross margin targets for LP China. Develop creative incentive plan to maximize the market share Compliance with ABB Code of Conduct, Ethics and Corporate governance. Define and implement sales support infrastructure and ensure continuous improvement in sales processes. Plan, facilitate and conduct complex negotiations.

? Team Management and HR: Manage, lead, guide and develop team to ensure upon business results, personal and career growth. SOT & QSHE targets.


? Ideally you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical engineering and Automation is preferred coupled with more than 10 years of working experience in Electrical engineering industry and 5 year working at management position.
? You should have strong knowledge on LP products & business. Strategic thinking to align with group strategies and CN LPMS practices.
? Outstanding communication & inter-personal relation management skills.
? Strong leadership and execution ability; Self-motivated and innovative; Customer oriented.
