Capture and develop export & EPC business, drive the business growth, particularly in mining industry

1. Develop market and drive the business growth in selected countries. Work under pressure to fulfill target
2. Acquisition of new customers/EPCs in mining industry, and well maintain them. Work together with team to develop technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements and close the deal
3. Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)
4. Drive the sales growth in different countries with support from headquarter and collaboration with local team
5. Close monitor the competition in the market and collect market intelligence and trend forecast
6. Shall be able to carry a local key account responsibility and co-work with global team to develop the account and execute the pursuit and project locally

？ Minimum bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering/mining
？ Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required
？ Minimum 5 years working experience in industrial automation, preferred in mining industry.
？ Proven ability and sales records to work as a member of a global team
？ With high flexibility and work hard under pressure
？ Honest, proactive, aggressive and passionate
？ Fluent English both orally and written as working language
？ Comfortable with frequent travelling at countrywide, or in selected countries
？ Experience at export and/or EPC business will be plus
