? Assist PGGI management in all financial matters, actively participate to PGGI management team meetings, global PGGI review meeting
? Performance analysis, review and proposal for actions to the BUU/PC management team.
? Business planning in line with ABB Group, Country, BU and PGGI strategies (budget, AIM estimates, strategic planning).
? Overall risk management of the BU and risk review process for projects
? Cost analysis, drive for continuous cost reductions and improvements in productivity.
? Design and maintain transparent costing model and appropriate cost rates. Release updated calculation rates and models after relevant approval
? Support business in various reporting, such as capex payback calculation, ICBK estimate, etc.

? Master degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Management, etc.;
? over 8 years working experience on controlling, financial analysis, or Accounting areas;
? Requires a broad knowledge of diverse financial functions in manufacturing and general business;
? Understanding ABB financial and business process and structure is preferred.
? Good command of Chinese and English
? Skilled at office software, ERP system; SAP experience is a plus;
? Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with result orientation and global awareness.
