- Responsible for planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation, maintenance and devevelopment of Quality and EHS system
- Responsible for QEHS info communication, ensure quality and EHS awareness improvement within factory. Set up quality and safety culture within factory
- Planning and implementing internal and external audits
- Set clear expectation and complete the performance assessment of QEHS team
- Supervise the day to day QEHS activities
- COPQ follow up, identify improvement opportunity and ensure improvement project initiated and implemented
- Introduce, monitor and ensure implementation of QEHS improvments such as 100 day project, OPEX project
- Ensure the complaince with all safety/ regulations requirements
- Team development plan identification and follow up
- QEHS periodical report to management team
- Liasion with government and other non-ABB organization on QEHS issues

- Bachelor degree or above
- Above 5 years working experience in Quality and EHS fields with at least 3 years QEHS management experience.
- Good working knowledge of QEHS management and strong management background.
- Familiar with quality analysis tools
- Good English skill in reading, oral and written
