? Manage all IP related process and data timely and accurately by closely collaboration with internal customer and external IP firms in AEMA region
? Facilitate and optimize region/country IP operation process and platform with solid data management.
? Work with global team members and vendor of database to simplify guideline and provide timely education, guidance and assistance to stakeholders and users
? Manage all financial matters related to internal / external IP costs and support AMEA region IP head to drive efficiency
? Other administration tasks assigned by Line Manager.

? At least 3 years patent procedure management experience in IP firms, familiar with patent prosecution work in China as well as main foreign countries, having experience of patent cost management is a plus.
? Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and cooperative, with strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
? Relentless executer and well organized.
? Fluent in English & Mandarin.
? Bachelor degree or above, legal or engineering background is preferred
