PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position will be responsible to support the overall goals of China Corporate Marketing & Sales department including but not limited to:
A. Drive profitable, organic growth through corporate focus on key market segments and customers in order to increase sales opportunities across business groups.
B. Planning and implementation of continuous functional improvement in Marketing & Sales across the Corporation.
C. Position Eaton as a leading industrial brand and a leader in corporate sustainability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Assist in the planning and implementation of 70 Mobile Tech Days. The incumbent will be heavily involved in coordinating all business unit cooperation, vendor management, logistics, seminar speaker arrangement, monitor and follow-up on internal processes, communication pre/post each event, and follow up on action items post each event.
?Support development of metrics to track growth / progress.
B. Advocate and execute initiatives that positions Eaton as a leader in power management and corporate sustainability.
?Support brand transition from house of brands to branded house
?Coordinate cross functional, cross-business, cross regional team work to promote Eaton as a leader in power management and corporate sustainability
?Promote marketing & sales toolset to build positive brand and corporate image (One Web, Sustainable Community, We Are Eaton overview presentations, etc.)
?Increase sustainability related PR (public relations) to support discrete product line sales and corporate image.
?In addition to Tech Days, supporting events such as cross-group trade shows, customer demonstrations, EEC tours, energy symposiums.
C. Support continued strengthening of functional excellence in marketing and sales through the Eaton value cycle training program to make sure Corporate Marketing & Sales team achieves.
D. Support all Eaton Experience Center (EEC) related procedures such as:
?Assist with agenda development and consultation.
?Identify and schedule briefing rooms and be a backup lead for EEC tours .
?Recommend, confirm participation, and prepare a pool of technical experts from all business groups for the EEC briefing program.
?Facilitate and/or monitor customer briefings and partner with IT for technical A/V support.
?Responsible of ensuring adherence of the EEC procedures by different internal users.
?Responsible for customer feedback and reporting (voice of the customer – VOC).
?Support EEC marketing and communications with promotional materials/web site, invitations, name badges, table contents, agendas, feedback forms, gifts, etc.
E. Assist in developing semiannual marketing council agenda and coordinate meeting with each of the marketing council members.
? Document meeting minutes.
? Follow up on key action items with council members.
F. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Marketing Communication teams in U.S., EMEA, Latin America, India, to transfer and share best practices in branding, sustainability, promotions, value propositions, etc.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management, Communications.
B. Candidate need to be comfortable around senior executives and possess good soft/people skills
C. Candidate is expected to work with a broad pool of Eaton employees across all business groups.
D. He or she need to have exceptional oral/written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
E. Takes initiative, is responsible, and be accountable for tasks delegated.
F. Possess an ethical and moral attributes that aligns with Eaton values and philosophies.
G. Experiences working with Government, State Owned Enterprises (SOE) and Multinational Corporations (MNC) preferred
H. Experiences with print and web-based marketing communication preferred.
I. Good facilitation and presentation skills necessary.
J. Possess a creative streak and excellence in power point and excel.
