职位描述：
Responsibilities:
A Working with the team, for cost estimation, negotiate with supplier on price and delivery, drive the project schedule to promote and meet the requirement of project. Working with application/design engineer on alternative materials, supplies and services for overall cost improvement.
B Timely quotation, negotiation with supplier on best price and delivery lead time to support sales on project business.
C Quote and evaluate the delivery according to the customer requirements and data from the application/design engineer. Tracking the project schedule, provide for the customer delivery plan. Collect and create the data files for projects.
D Look for and visit potential suppliers for business development. Perform sourcing, negotiation, specification and contract/PO review, supplier audit and supplier feedback for assigned sourcing materials.
E Analyze periodically raw material and supplies market conditions, provide input and alternatives on cost reduction and manage cost inflation.
F Manage & update supplier profile and track project success ratios and work with related function on cause analysis/ improvements.
G Report and drive cost out results through forecasting and coordinate with related functions to perform sourcing activities on time completion and timely action to avoid risks in monthly basis.
H Perform good communication and relationship with cross function and suppliers.
I Eaton MESH accountability: Your commitment towards environmental protection is to minimize and eventually, eliminate the use of hazardous substances, promote constant recycling efforts and recovery of resource materials used wherever possible
J Have good communication skills, keep timely and effective communication and share with some information with related functions and suppliers.
K Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree in engineering of hydraulics
B More than 5 years experience in sourcing or technology activities
C More than 5 years non-standard project experience
D Be familiar with ISO9000 /14000 or TS Quality System.
E Strong problem solving skill on operation execution.
F Strong coordination and communication skill with inter and external customer and supplier.
G Strong negotiation skills with the suppliers.
H Good summary / analysis skill.
I Good command of verbal and written English.
