eneral Description:
We are seeking HR TA Specialist with relevant HR experience and background for our Global Business Services (GBS) Front Office, HR team in Beijing/Shanghai/Xiamen, China.

As a HR GBS TA Specialist, you will work together with Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) within the area of Talent to deliver integrated talent services including White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment. Ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.


Tasks
? Understand business situation, need and meet hiring goals in coordination with the Talent Partner
? Provide support for Talent Requisition activities like university events, early talent, etc
? Multiple internal systems update, requisition approval & maintenance
? Job posting and create CV shortlist
? Arrange Interviews and Logistics Support
? Perform Reference Checks if applicable
? Coordinate with vendor/agency


Requirements:
? College’s or Bachelor’s degree.
? Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
? 1-2 years’ experience in HR recruitment function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
? Collaboration and networking skills
? Excellent speaking & written in English.
