1. 负责北京/天津地区空调项目开发、追踪和设备销售，以渠道销售为主；
2. 开发、维护及管理经销商网络；
3. 沟通联系项目设计、总包单位，把握项目特点，介绍合适系统和设备总类；
4. 业务范围内的各项目的过程控制、签约实施，并代表公司协调、解决出现的问题；
5. 了解客户需求，反馈公司相关部门，及公司要求的其他事项。
职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，爱好销售工作，对北京/天津市场熟悉；
2. 制冷暖通专业毕业或有中央空调行业销售经验者优先考虑；
3. 良好的沟通能力、商务谈判能力及学习能力；
4. 有较好的语言表达能力，思维敏捷，性格开朗，善于人际关系的协调和沟通；
5. 熟练使用office办公软件，及其它办公设备操作技能。
