? To handle Beijing employee’s social insurance and housing fund
? Cooperate with external vendors to administer company supplementary benefit
? To handle daily queries on social insurance, housing fund and supplementary benefits
? To make sure benefit transaction meet KPIs and SOX requirement.

? Bachelor degree, better in Human Resource, Statistics or Computer Science related areas.
? 1-2 years related experience in C&B area
? Good communication skill
? Good Logical thinking
? Good computer skill and English
? Good teamwork and service sense
? Self-motivated
? Quick learner, patient & careful, detail oriented
