1)Support GF-FCRP in the quarterly closing process with early warning, B/S analytics as well as US GAAP trainings and review activities for the assigned Countries (China, Japan and Korea)
2)Support the implementation of the New Revenue Recognition Standard, the New Leasing Standard and the Integration of QuiCC into GRCM
3)Work with GBS Finance and Controlling COE to drive continuous improvement in closing and reporting processes and quality and to support new companies with complex accounting and reporting issues.

1.5-8 years’ experience in finance, audit or internal control related areas
2.Solid understanding of US GAAP and local GAAP , professional qualification with CPA/CIA/CISA is an advantage
3.Sound working knowledge of ERP systems, e.g SAP
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin language (spoken and written); additional languages such as Japanese or Korean is beneficial
5.Service-oriented mindset; solid commitment to quality and continuous improvement – can do attitude
6.Strong intercultural skills with international business experience is an advantage
7.Strong independent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
8.Proven ability to effectively work under pressure and within tight deadlines
