Provide support to Account Management & ISI team including marketing communication, customer care and coordination, and consolidation of data, internal process, documentations, reporting, etc. , and communication with internal stakeholders.
1.Customer care and management visit coordination
a)Cross-division coordination: Both liaison with internal LBUs and externally keeping close communication with customers as interface, for business growth.
b)Engagement with customers: arrange high-level management meetings for the whole life cycle (program arrangement, paperwork, translation, follow ups; take care of customers in ABB customer events like AW, PW etc.
2.Marketing and communication:
a)Take care of communication work for team: annual company customer events; industry exhibitions; marketing materials development or localization; Align with global communication team to get resources and support; press release development; work closely with corporate communication team and marketing communication team of other divisions and LBUs.
b)Collect marketing intelligence- network and develop relationship with industry associations, consulting companies, internal marketing and sales team and partners etc;
c)Marketing promotion like taking leadership of customer day, customer events; developing marketing promotion materials and sales tools; generate sales leads in customer events and identify potential business.
3.Administration support to Account Management &ISI team:
a)Internal systems and processes key user;
b)Support SAM/ISI managers for internal and external meetings, workshops and seminars support SAM/ISI managers for documentations
c)Orders data collection from related LBUs; team monthly reports collection and consolidation
d)Work closely with other assistants, function teams etc. to make good use of internal resources
1.At least 5 years working experiences in marketing, customer relation, or commercial area
2.Fluent oral and written English
3.Microsoft office processing skills
4.Basic financial knowledge
5.Familiar with ERP system
6.Open minded, good at coordination and communication cross different organizations
7.Service-oriented mindset; Proactive attitude
8.Good sense of time management, including planning, prioritizing, meeting deadline
9.Proven ability to effectively work under pressure and within tight deadlines
10.High degree of flexibility and problem solving skills
