职位描述：

1. Request for quotation
1) When user in each entity need new furniture or need to substitute old furniture, users send their demand to SCM.
2) Summarize users' demand and send them to venders.
3) After getting venders' bidding, will make a consolidation and send it to supervisor for the confirmation.
2. Project Support
1) Data collection according to project requirements;
2) Consolidate different info from disparate venders;
3) Send emails to enquire venders for unclear info;
4) Send bidding documents to venders
3. Contract
1) Find related principals to sign the TOA and explain the content to them;
2) Stamp the contract
4. Calculate Saving
Calculate the saving after every purchase request is approved and make a summary at the end of month
5. Others
1) Other assignments distributed by other leaders;
2) Other work

Famous College 's Bachalor degree and above
Stablity (Expected working days at least 4days*6month)
Fast learning
Good Communication Skill
Language: Mandarin, Fluent English
Computer skill: Windows, Lotus Notes, Microsoft offices
