? Establish and maintain an excellent and trustful relationship with the R&D and technical staff of the customers
? Understand customers need and recommend the right solution
? Push design-ins at the customers in coordination with Sales and do technical follow-ups during qualification phase
? Promote and position ABB product portfolio with customer and feedback market need to PM
? Perform technical customer seminars and trainings
? Perform first level trouble-shooting for new applications
? Consult and support the customers concerning ABB Semiconductor Devices
? Feed-in customer experience as input to R&D roadmap
? Conceive target specifications for new products
? Work closely and effectively with local technical Sales, customer support and distributors
? Establish good interface with Sales, Application and Product Management at Head Quarter

? Technically oriented with sound experience Power Electronics Applications in Traction, Medium Voltage Drives and Renewables Energy
? Minimum 5 years working experience in related field
? MS in Power Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields
? Excellent problem solving capability at customer site
? Can work independently and under pressure to provide competent solution to customers
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Native Chinese and speak fluent English
? Customer oriented with willingness to spend 30-40% working time with customers
? Multi-cultural awareness with strong personal integrity
