职位描述：
A. Responsible for tester design, construction and existing tester maintenance, which include not only ICT/FCT /ACT/ATE but also other testers used for flash and cable testing, etc
B. Develop testing program with prescribed platform
C. Improve testing coverage, performance by utilizing latest technology and best practice
D. Build up testing competency to support business requirements and competency advantage vs competitors
E. Provide technical training to engineers and technicians with testing technique
F. Support leader manage testing engineering team
Qualification:
At least 5 years working experience in testing area, in power industry preferred
Familiar with Labview and Teststand etc.tools
Good team work spirit and assertive attitude
Solid knowledge in electrical hardware and testing software
Strong communication, organization and team work skills.
Self-motivated and can work under pressure;
Good English capability in reading, writing and listening preferred.
