?The EPC Specialist deploys his/her activities in full coordination with the local FE EPC team, the BU Territory Marketing & Sales Manager and the focused factories
?His contribution should bring medium-long term results as he will drive the PGTR business from both factory and FE sales, focus on develop the relationship between the EPC and PGTR
?The metrics for his performance review will be based on the part of the sales KPI. The final outcome, numbers of customers and projects has been approached and followed

?The owner of EPC business development. Work together with LSM and push the transformer business development of total PGTR portfolio.
?Project base, organize the whole factory resource to work out the winning strategy.
?Collect the market information, knowing the latest market movements
?Chinese EPC focus to understand their business plan, to find the business opportunities of PGTR.
?Cooperate with overseas’ FE and CN FE in order to increase the winning chance.

?Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and sales.
?A well traced profile in previous career life,
?Strong personal leadership
?Power industry technical background.
?He/she should have a BS degree (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited university. A Master’s degree in B2B Marketing is a plus.
?Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written, a strong grasp of the English language; Ideally he / she should speak multiple languages
?Be willing to travel > 50% of his / her time
