职位描述：
? Assessing and auditing new suppliers to support sourcing for casting or winding stator /rotor category.
? Performing supplier audits, identifying non-conformities and areas of potential risks in supplier processes and quality system
? Actively drive the supplier to find out root cause of the quality deviation, provide suggestions to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions
? Devote to Supplier OQD performance tracking, Gathering, analyses , monitoring, measuring and reporting the performance data of suppliers and aggressively drive supplier for OQD analyses & improving as necessary
? Close work with incoming inspection to optimize IQC procedure and handle internal NCR process
? Close collaborating within Global SQM Team to achieve most area standardization

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Major in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering etc
or related field
? at least 4 years working experience or technical background with equivalent working experience in manufacturing environment required.
? Casting process background is the 1st priority, and with machining process knowledge will be better.
? Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, FMEA, CP, Pokeyoke, Pareto analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, PPAP; 举报 分享
